Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the mortgage broker, ensuring smooth workflow and timely assistance.
- Oversee loan applications from initial inquiry through submission, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare, review, and manage loan documentation, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Monitor pre-lodgement progress, addressing outstanding requirements promptly.
- Keep CRM systems and client databases updated and organized.
- Manage client communication, both inbound and outbound, in a professional and client-focused manner.
- Support client file preparation, assist in loan structuring, and perform initial analysis as needed.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker PA or a similar role within the mortgage or finance industry – minimum 1-2 years experience
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage processes and lender requirements.
- Exceptional organization and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in mortgage broking software (e.g., ApplyOnline, Broker Engine, AFG based tech).
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a dedication to client satisfaction.
